Website Design
Policies
When TMS designs a website,
we incorporate elements that support good search engine
performance, ease of navigation, compatibility with
multiple web browsers, and user friendly colors and
appearance. We do not copyright the websites we
design - once it is completed, it belongs to you - our
client.

TMS
charges a flat hourly rate for website design,
design time and revisions. Initial
consultations are always FREE!

TMS
will meet with you and determine a web design
solution and will provide an estimate for this
design concept.

A
down payment of 50% of the design cost estimate and
100% of the hosting and domain name fees are payable
in order to schedule the design of the web site.

We
will work up to 10 hours past the time paid for with
your down payment. The client will need to approve
progress and pay the balance in order for TMS to
continue work with each additional 10 hours unless
alternate arrangements are made in writing.

The
design of a five page web site typically takes 10-15
hours. Additional pages typically take 60-120
minutes each.
The design time is minimized when the client:

Provides comprehensive design materials in an
organized fashion.

Provides text for the website in digital format, so
that we don't have to type it.
The design may take longer if the client:

Desires complicated elements like slideshows, hover
buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc.

Wants TMS to work with third party designers or
consultants.

Does
not provide design expectations such as colors,
logo, or layout before the work begins, or if the
client changes his/her mind frequently.
Additional information:

Please provide us with information to create your
website. This usually includes: a brochure or
comparable text describing your establishment,
pictures, logos, quotations or testimonials, room
descriptions and rates, policies, and any additional
information you would like included. If you have
specific design elements and/or color schemes in
mind, please include those. If you would like to

Digital images provided must be in PC format and in
an Adobe PhotoShop or Illustrator-compatible file,
such as .jpg, .gif, .psd, .ai, .tif, and .eps. The
preferred format for sending text is in a text
document (via e-mail, HTML, Microsoft Word, or a
general text editor such as Notepad).

TMS
will place a link to our website on the bottom of
your main page saying "Website designed by TMS Inc.
This link must remain on the site as long as we host
and maintain the site. Should you chose to move the
site to a different host, you are free to remove
this link as you see fit.
